November in Alberta is widely known by sportsmen around the world as a cold snowy time of year, winter is just setting in and the whole north country starts to lock down, tight as a drum. It is also known as the best time to hunt and get a glimpse of a monster Trophy Whitetail. Hunts are 6 days and run Sunday-Sunday, with Sunday being arrival/ departure day. Archery hunts in late August and Rifle in November. November hunts occur from elevated or ground heated blinds on cut lines or cut over and are typically set up near feedings areas or between feeding and bedding areas. Be ready for the shot! It can happen fast. After being dropped at stand in morning guide spends the day scouting and picks you up at dusk. Lodging in comfortable cabins.
