Permits here are guaranteed to the non-resident hunter, but are very limited. Hunts are six days, 1×1 guided, with comfortable cabin accommodations. 100% success on rifle hunts and very near that on archery hunts. Archery hunts are during the rut in early October and rifle hunts in November. As good as it gets in a Shiras moose hunt. Hunt may be sold out a year or two in advance.
